loved my stay. the hotel was reasonably priced, nonetheless i stayed for 1 night only. the staff was excellent and gave me recommendations. last time i stopped, had a nice size and huge room with view to sant anthony. the breakfast was satisfactory with espresso and cheese, for instance and the atmosphere was quiet.

Our well-equipped and newly remodelled room had central heating, a private safe, and pay TV. The bed was good; and there was a bathtub. We appreciated the location in a favourable and magnificent setting, near cathedral.

The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered fine dishes. The location was very central, great for a basilica and a cathedral located close to the hotel. Moreover, the area was shopping. Tbh, had a very lovely stay on our vacation.

Noisy - there were constant sounds coming from outside and next room. The breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety.

Location right next to Basilica. The room was very nice and clean. Reception staff were extremely helpful and gave directions to all the main sights as well as providing us with maps and brochures etc. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, cheese, cold meats, cookies, juice etc.

I am 5' tall and slender build however I found it a problem getting in and out of the shower cabinet. My husband is 6' tall and twice my weight, so it was an even bigger problem for him. We dined twice at the restaurant however we were not impressed with the service. On the second visit we had to search for someone to give us the bill.

The room is plain, but large and clean. The location is very good for sightseeing, but if you have a car parking can be a little tricky (although we did find a spot a block away after circling several times). We ate at the restaurant for dinner the first night because it was late when we arrived - the food was good and reasonably priced.

This charming family-run hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of major attractions and the famous cathedral. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cozy, with comfortable beds, quality linens, and modern AC. Staff are kind and welcoming, providing excellent service and a delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and good coffee. The bathroom is excellent with a great shower, hairdryer, and all the necessary amenities. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the nearby church, and the restaurant serves delicious Italian food.

Noise-sensitive guests may need earplugs due to the street noise.

This hotel was perfect in every respect but one. Excellent location in the historic centre, exceptionally friendly staff; large bedroom and bathroom.

The mattress was so hard that we could hardly sleep: we were told that all the mattresses were 'orthopaedic'. Also, the foam pillows had an unpleasant smell.

Just around the corner from the "Santo" basilica; very friendly staff; free and working WiFi in the room; looks like being very recently renovated.

Towels are actually more like kitchen towels

We loved the clean and cozy room with a great view of the church. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of food. The friendly staff were always willing to help us with anything we needed, including calling a taxi and providing us with a fridge and outlet adapter. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many tourist attractions and had easy access to transportation.
